Appointments
We have an appointment system however, it is not always necessary. We encourage our regular customers to book in advance to avoid disappointment all year round but especially at summer periods, Christmas and New Year.

Collection and Delivery Service
We appreciate that it's not always easy or convenient to get your pet to the salon. For a small charge, we have a collection and delivery service available. Our charges are based on a radius from our Salon in Bedlington. So please call for our rates and further information.
